May you find comfort in knowing that Ruth was loved and respected by many, especially me.

When I began working at the Presbytery office many, many years ago, Ruth welcomed me with open arms and became a much needed mentor. I will always be grateful for her kindness and patience; she was a great teacher.

I am sad to hear of Ruth's passing. Ruth was a bright spirit to me when I was pastor of the church (1992-1997). She helped with the After School program and loved the children. She always said yes to providing snacks and treats, and enjoyed the children immensely. She was a voice of reason and sanity and love-- a dear woman. The light of Christ truly shined through her. She will be missed! I send my love and prayers to the family.
