A Memorial Service for Richard Francis ?Dick? Andrews, Jr. will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 6:30pm at the Lexington United Methodist Church, 309 East Main St. Lexington, SC 29072. The family will receive friends at the church, after the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Lexington UMC Building Fund. SC Cremation & Burial Society, 1-800-758-9115 is assisting the Andrews family. Dick, 62, of Lexington, died Sunday, June 17, 2007 at Palmetto Baptist Hospital in Columbia. A son of the late Richard F. Sr. and Thelma Cullen Andrews, he was born in East Liverpool, OH and had lived in Lexington since 1998. Dick was an entrepreneur who was always looking for a need to fill. Most of his time was spent supporting law enforcement and funeral directors through his company, Specialty Supply, Co. He was a member of Lexington United Methodist Church, The United Methodist Men, Fraternal Order of Police, Lexington County Law Enforcement Officers Association, The Pineview Ruitan?s and The Zesto?s early morning coffee club He is survived by his wife, Robin Walsh Andrews, Lexington; two sons, Richard Arthur Andrews, Cleveland, OH and Christopher Sean Andrews, Fountain City, IN; a step-son, Paul Anthony Roland, Jr., Lexington, SC and a step-daughter, Rebecca Roland Goudelock, Lexington, SC. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
