Graham William Cakora, 29, of Forest Acres, died Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital. Funeral services will be private.
The oldest child of Pamela Roach Cakora and Michael Joseph Cakora, he was born in Arlington, Virginia, on April 27, 1984.
Graham endured the Minnesota cold before moving with his family to Columbia in 1996 where he attended Dreher High School before attending Midlands Technical College.
Graham had a great mind and quick sense of humor. He will best be remembered, however, for his great big heart. He spent a large portion of his adult life caring for his grandmother Patty Roach who loved him dearly. Together they spent countless hours at the Senior Center playing bingo before heading to Wendy’s for lunch.
In addition to his parents, Graham is survived by his only sibling Patricia Catherine Cakora, and his grandmothers Patricia Lawrence Roach and Patricia Ann Cakora. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
