Anne Lee Jones dies at 91
Anne Lee "Vannoy" Jones, 91, died on January 4th, 2014. She was born in Parkerburg, WV, July 22, 1922. She served in the United States Navy for 6 years, before returning to West Virginia, where she met her husband, John W Jones. Anne was an active member of the comminuty and attended the First Baptist Church in her hometown. Anne was a contributor to the WW2 Veterans Project. She leaves behind two daughters, Lisa, and Edy, as well as a son, Kevin; grandsons Saxon, Silas, Malacai; great grandmother to Elizabeth. She was preceeded in death by her husband. The family will be handling the the funeral arrangements privately, as was her wish.
