Thomas M. Wallace, Sr.

 Wallace, Thomas M. Sr., 58, of Holmes, PA, passed away January 12, 2014, at his home.

Born on December 10, 1955, in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late John and Anna (Malloy) Wallace.
Survived by his two children Thomas (Susan), and Jessica, and his two brothers, Patrick (Catherine) and John “Jackie” (Joann) Wallace and his brother-in-law Arthur Farina Sr.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Anna “Penny” Farina and Catherine “Trina” (Frank, Sr.) Carosi and a brother James Wallace.
Also survived by his nieces and nephews:  John Wallace III, Joanna (Luke) Occhiolini, Arthur Farina Jr. Daniel Farina, Kimberly (Brad) Dyson, Amanda Carosi and Frank Carosi Jr. and 6 great nieces and nephews
Thomas worked as a landscaper and bartender early in life, and then later a retail associate at BJ’s Wholesale Club, where he enjoyed greeting customers and making people smile. His most recent, and noble accomplishment, was becoming a certified peer counselor so that he could help others better themselves as he did later in life. He was a very special person who touched many with his witty sense of humor and ability to make everyone laugh. Thomas was well liked and will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.
In life, Thomas loved his children, Tommy and Jessica, spending quality time with his family, watching the Eagles and the Phillies, listening to music, reading, collecting watches, playing cards, darts, and pool with his friends, and his cat, Gizmo.
The memorial service will be held at Drexel Hill Church of the Brethren at 3601 Garrett Rd. Drexel Hill, PA, 19026, on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 11:00am, with Pastor John Shaffer officiating.  Flowers or memorial contributions to the above mentioned church would be preferred.
