Great guy.

Happy to have shared 10 years of my life with Big Jim. He helped my son and I with our new home in Central Point, after we all moved up from California, those 35 years ago. Sad to see that he is gone. Andy (son) and I both moved back to Medford again, a few years back, and were hoping to say hello. Sorry we missed him.
