Reginald Hasben

Reginald Hasben, born November 15, 1941 went to sleep peacefully and with a smile on his face January 21, 2014.  The previous day was spent with his mother and three of his sibling celberating not only the MLK holiday but their mother,  her years of service and 94th birthday.  He had had a good day.

Reg, an Air Force veteran, is survived by: his mother: Annell; children: Eric, Kurtis, Lynnette, Karla, Christopher, Yvette; siblings: Ruth, Bonnie, Clarence, Wayne, Lanie, Rosalind, Frannie, Rhea, Paul, Harry, Jeffrey; grandchildren, nieces, nephews and more family than anyone can count.  He was blessed with a large extended family.

The family would like to thank everyone- your support and well wishes have been invaluable.  We wish to thank, especially, the staff of the Philadelphia Nursing Home; the care that you provided Reg was invaluable.  The time that he spent with you was some of his happiest moments.

Per his wishes, Reg was cremated.  The family will be holding a memorial service Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 10:00 am. No flowers please. All are invited.  There will be  coffee, bagels, and pastries afterwards. If you wish to give anything (time, money, yourself) please contact the Philadelphia Nursing Home at (215)685-0800 .
