Amy (Nee) Kashiwa Alps

After living in Vancouver, her birthplace, the family went to Japan for a few years, returning to New Jersey. The family then lived in New York City. She married and lived in and around Syracuse, NY, having two children. They moved to Old Forge, NY to be with her brother and family. In 1962 they moved to Syracuse where she lived for many years, made many friends and enjoyed her life there. She moved to Washington State in 2008 where her daughter could help care for her. She died peacefully at home.
