Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, ends with
a tear. When you were born, you were crying and everyone
around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die,
you're the one smiling and everyone around you is crying.

Paula was joy! It was a joy to be around her. She enjoyed cultural events of all kind, but she especially enjoyed music.

Paula was a proud mother and grandmother. She was proud of the accomplishments of each of her children. She smiled as she told her friends and associates about the new travels, adventures, and accomplishment of each of her children and her grand daughter.

Paula was proud of the accomplishments of young people, but she was especially proud of the accomplishments of Black Americans of all ages.

Paula was fun. I shall never forget the times that we spent together with our families, at social events and casuals events.

Paula will be missed, but she will not be forgotten!

Sincerely,
Mae Threadgill
