Matthew Beard

Matthew Beard was born on September 27,1927 in Ponchatoula Louisiana to the late Matthew Beard Sr.and Louisa Beard.He departed his life on March 17,2014 at St.Tammany Parish Hospital. Matthew was married to Shirley Beard and to this union seven children was born. He was a faithful employee of the City of Covington until his retirement.
