Ralph Allen Taro 78 formerly of Syracuse, NY passed away suddenly at his home in Lexington, SC on Tuesday, April 8, 2014. According to his wishes, services will be private.
He was born in Auburn, NY and attended Central High and was a Korean War veteran in the US Navy. Ralph retired from the Conrail Police force after 33 years of service.
He is predeceased by his parents Louis and Mildred Taro. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Brenda (Webb), sons Ronald (Karen) of Clay, Jason of Syracuse, Phillip (Gina) of Cicero, Andrew (Kim) of Lexington, SC, daughter Robin (Dennis) Hares of Auburn, sister Barbara Collins of Auburn, Half-brother Michael of Florida, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
