My Dearest Older Brother

We shared so many memories growing up, from skipping school together when you were in first grade and I was in Kindergarten...and along came the snapping turtle, to other school days and tossing pizza'a on the boards in front of Nick's to draw business in, fishing, beaches, bonfires, planting in the bamboo patch, the Boones Farm Strawberry Hill send off party and the list goes on and on. I treasured you as my big brother, my protector, my friend. I will miss our talks and your calls down here each month, all of them ending with your request to call you Freeda.....Free to do as you wanted as long as you hurt no one else. Our little joke we had between us, you were and always will be my only big brother as James is my only little brother.
