Stephen L. Mac Namee

Stephen L. MacNamee, 52, of Clifton Heights, PA died suddenly December 22, 2012. Mr. MacNamee had been a resident of Clifton Heights for the last 10 years. Born in Philadelphia he was raised in the Stonehurst section of Upper Darby. He was a 1978 graduate of Upper Darby High School. Mr. MacNamee was a self employed Tile Setter who was very proud and meticulous of his craft. He was an Army veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne and participated in operation "Urgent Fury" in Grenada. He was a sports fanatic who loved the Flyers and Eagles. Stephen had a great sense of humor and could make everyone laugh. He is predeceased by his mother; Anna Sjogren Cigler and sisters; Ann Marie Geslao and Terri MacNamee. Survivors: Longtime Companion Sandra Cropper; father, David J. MacNamee; daughters, Candace MacNamee and Jenn Cropper; son, Matthew Cropper; brothers, David J., Gene and Dan MacNamee; sisters, Kathy Visbal and Michelle Roletter ; 3 grandchildren, Taylor, Dominick and Charles and many nieces and nephews.Services: Memorial Services will be held privately at Springfield Baptist Church.
