I will really miss Ed...

While I have many fond memories of our time together at Lebanon Valley College, I was so delighted when we reconnected a few years ago on Facebook, as we had lost touch for many years. I saw him in person a couple years ago when I was in PA visiting family, but we have been in touch almost every week by phone, sharing our personal joys and concerns. He could be very insightful or funny or both. I especially loved it when he laughed. I am so very sad that he has left and I truly hope he is at peace.

Ed, my friend, I'm so shocked that you're gone!! I remember riding the elevator in Blair with you, either to or from the auditorium or the recording studio, you either carrying some piece of recording equipment or the acoustic bass you played..I also remember you concern for my survival on Annville's icy streets during the winter..rest in peace, fellow Dutchman, and maybe we'll be in the same group again some day..,,
