Michael Steven Riberio

Michael Steven Riberio, 56, of Wilmington, DE, died Thursday, October 20, 2016 in Delaware.

Born in Pennsylvania, Michael was a 1977 graduate of Chichester High School.  Following graduation he served one year in the United States Army.  He lived most of his life in Chichester, PA before moving to Delaware in 2009.  An avid Eagles fan, Michael also worked as a self-employed contractor for Riberio Construction.

Michael was the son of the late John and Mary Dube Riberio and the brother of the late John Riberio.

He is survived by his sons, Jason M. Riberio of Boothwyn, PA and Michael Riberio of Delaware; brother, Pete Riberio of Jennersville, PA; sisters, Nicole Hunt and Jennifer Newton; and a granddaughter, Savannah Riberio.

At the request of the family, there will be no funeral services. Memorial contributions in his name to the American Cancer Society, 2400 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19103 would be appreciated by the family.
