Alice C Schultheis

Alice C. Schultheis (nee Klein) age 93, a resident of Upper Darby for over 40 years, passed away on Sept. 17, 2011. She was formerly from Sauk Center, MN. Alice worked as a Registered Nurse at The St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, MN for 10 years and also at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, PA as a Nurse's Aid for 21 years before retiring in 1978. Alice was a member of the Upper Darby Senior Center. Her quiet generosity was know by few and the aroma of fresh brewed coffee will always invoke memories of her for family and friends. She was married in 1947 to the late Albert E. Schultheis. She is the beloved mother of a son James A. Schultheis of West Chester, PA, and two daughters Karen M. Schultheis-Margaroni of San Mateo, CA and Luann A. Worton of King George, VA. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thurs. after 9:30 AM in Sacred Heart Church, Manoa and Shelbourne Rds. Havertown, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions in Alice's memory to CHOP Foundation, Lockbox 1352, PO Box 8500, Phila.
