George R. Lee Jr., aged 68 years, on February 3, 2010 of Ephrata, PA – formerly of S.W. Phila. A war veteran, who proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. George had worked as a Pressman, and he was retired from the Philadelphia Inquirer Local Union 16. Predeceased by his parents George and Mary Lee, and his daughter Rita A. Lee. Survived by his wife Catherine M. ( nee Campbell ) Lee, his children Elizabeth Shemeld of Boothwyn, PA, Michele Yangello ( Frank ) of Pennsville, NJ, Sean Lee ( Jean ) of Paulsboro, NJ, Beatrice Patterson ( Richard ) of Salem, NJ, Martin Lee of Upper Darby, PA, Bo Morais ( Tracy ) of Bernville, PA, Shaun Morais ( Monica ) of Mountville, PA, Jerry Lee of Philadelphia, PA and Thomas Lee, also of Philadelphia, PA. Beloved brother of Mary Ann Rusek of Havertown, PA, Marge Parlante ( Tony ) of Sewell, NJ, John Lee ( Joanne ) of Great Meadows, NJ. Survived by his aunt Rita Flaherty and anut Patricia Johnson ; also surviving are his 26 grandchildren and 10 great – grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday, February 8, 2010 from 10 – 11 AM., in Saint Cyril of Alexandria R.C. Church, 153 Penn Boulevard in East Lansdowne, PA. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM. Interment will be held privately, and at the convenience of the family.
