Lillian Starkey

Lillian (Broton) Starkey, age 91 of Folsom, PA passed away peacefully on September 17, 2018

She was the beloved wife of the late James, C. Starkey, Sr.  She was a loving Mother to her daughter, Lillian and her husband Russell, C. Johnson, III. She leaves to cherish her memory, her 3 sons Stephen Starkey, John Starkey (Laurie) and Jimmy Starkey (Jenny), 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her darling daughter in law, Denise Starkey and her granddaughter Nicole Morrison.

She worked most of her life in the Womans’ specialty apparel industry and she loved every minute of it.  She was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and loved music, dancing and reading but most of all was devoted to her family and friends. Her compassionate and optimistic outlook will be missed by all.

Family and friends may pay their respects at a viewing and Funeral service to be held Saturday September 22, 2018 at the D'Anjolell & Stigale Memorial Home 3260 Concord Rd. Aston, PA 19014 after 1:00 pm followed by a luncheon. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Asana Hospice at Ridley Park 300 Johnson Ave. Ridley Park, PA 19078 would be preferred.
