Floyd Eckard

 Floyd E Eckard Jr. of Levittown P.A. passed away at age 79 on November 4, 2018 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Langhorne, P.A.. Born in Little York N.J. on January 13, 1939, to the late Floyd E Eckard Sr. and the late Evelyn (Nemeth). He graduated from Lambertville High School in 1957, served in the Marine Corps from 1957 to 1964 and was an IT programmer by trade.

Floyd was the beloved husband of Sara "Sally" (Tillett) with whom he shared 59 wonderful years. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Betty LaRue and Helen Mayberry. Floyd is survived by his sons, Floyd Richard Eckard, Wayne Eckard (Patty), Brian Eckard (Vickie), and Patrick Eckard (Sharon); daughter, Beth Leone (Louis); grandchildren, Susan DePatto (Matthew), Skye Newman (Jeffrey), Rebecca Eckard, Rachel Barner (Erik), Joshua Eckard, Carson Eckard, and Louis Edward Leone; and great-grandchildren, Alessandra DePatto and Braydon DePatto.
He enjoyed spending time with family and horseback riding. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Levittown, a member of Newtown Masonic Lodge #142 and a member of Amaranth.
