Sara Coveney

Sara Coveney, age 89, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on August 6, 2019. Sara was born October 12, 1929 in West Hartford Connecticuit to Mr. and Mrs. Burt Spencer. She is survived by her five children Tim (Candy), Sean, Tracey, Leila (Mike) and Doug (Colleen), 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband, David James Coveney.  Sara was a talented artist with her first professional gallery exhibit in 1978.  She enjoyed many years ahead featuring her paintings in the Hayn Gallery of Chestnut Hill PA.

A Memorial Service for Sara will be held on Saturday October 26, 2019 at 11 a.m. (visitation 10 - 11 a.m.) at St. Katharine of Siena in Wayne PA, followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery.  Friends are invited to Sara's Celebration of Life luncheon at 1 p.m. at Savona Restaurant in Gulph Mills PA.
