Janice was strong physically and in her beliefs. She fought for what she felt was right. Fought for those who loved her, and those whom she loved. Janice could accomplish anything she set her mind to. A talented photographer. A classically trained and accomplished chef and manager in some of the top restaurants in New York City and Philadelphia. A restaurant owner [New Moon, Philadelphia]. A realtor. A skilled scuba diver. She could fix anything. Figure anything out. Get anything done.

Along the way, she became so much more than her accomplishments; a mentor to many. A partner. A grandmother. A mother. And a devoted and loved friend.

Now, in her last journey - she rests, reunited with her beloved poodle Bella, sharing a perfectly rare steak, somewhere in the sunsets over the beaches of Mexico.
