Eileen Krause 1953 - 2020
Eileen Levy Krause, born in Philadelphia on November 18th, 1953 and died on April 8, 2020 at the age of 66.
Eileen is the daughter of David C Levy and Regina O’Brien-Levy also of Philadelphia.
She grew up and spent most of her life in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia and attended Our Lady of Lourdes School and West Catholic Girls High School. Eileen was a parishioner of St. Callistus and Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
Eileen was known by many as the neighborhood mom and welcomed everyone with open arms into her home. She was avidly involved in the New Year’s Day Mummers Parade for many years with the Oregon Club and was an instrumental part of Parks Tae Kwon Do Karate School.
Eileen is survived by Francis Krause III. (Divorced) and her 3 Children; Christy Mauro (Benjamin Mauro), Eric Krause (Meghan Krause), and Francis Krause IV.
Eileen lived for her four Grand Children; Abigail Mauro, Anna Mauro, Kyla Krause, and Lincoln Krause. She cherished every moment she had with each grandchild.
She is also survived by her three siblings; Michael Levy, Stew Levy (Janice Rogers-Levy), and Mary Levy
A celebration of her Life will be determined at a later date.
