Daughter of her dear friend Jean Rankin

Mary and I spoke many times when she called to talk to my mother. She was such a comfort after I lost my mom and we became fast friends. We talked and laughed together. I told her I was adopting her as my long distance mother. I will always be grateful for our friendship and am forever changed for the better having known her. Heaven must be shining to have her.

Volunteer drive to the hairdresser

I was very lucky and blessed to drive Rixey to get her hair done through Surrey. She had such spirit and humor when you were with her. Even though I did not know her for long, she is someone I will greatly miss.

I already miss Rixey. She had such a great spirit and energy. Also excellent style and humor, I might add.
