Chuck Smith

Chuck Smith was survived by his daughters Carrie and Beth and son Andy.  In his later years he had a few aglements that would have probably put the average person down, not our dad he fought all the time and never complained.  He enjoyed being outside weather permitting and adored our dogs Maximus and even Charlie.
Our Dad had 1000 different smiles, how lucky we were to have seen all of them. He loved hunting and camping, and anything to do with spending quality time with his family.
He was very generous with his time and his money. No one would be without if he could help. If you needed someone to help in a pinch you probably called Chuck.
Our Dad always kicked up a party another notch.  You could always count on him for being the first on the dance floor and pulling us kids out with him. He would buy and set off the best fireworks.  He would tell jokes to all of our friends which they all loved, he would have hot pepper eating contests to see which of us, "was born again hard".   He would make the best forts in the neighborhood out of skids. We loved that.
My mom and dad we're married for 29 years and even after they parted they were still there for each other if the occasion called for it. Which we were always happy and appreciative of that.
When were younger we wanted for nothing, we rode quads, we spent summers in Ocean City on the beach and in our pool at home in the backyard. We loved playing shark with him in the pool and he would make a fire pit nearly every night. He just was entertaining and you knew you were going to have a good time and the laughs were endless.
My dad loved animals, ok ok here's one thing only our closest people know......my dad watched Forest Gump literally everyday for 3 years......3 years no joke.
