Valuable Fiend

For decades, my mother, Mary Burrows, who died May 9th, could count on Betty to round up the group from the Swimming Hall of Fame pool for their monthly lunch date.. They would have been lost without Betty's organizational skills. Fun, friendship and family guided them throughout.

I only came to know Betty from my visits to the Woodlands at John Knox Village. She and my Aunt Bette sat together at the dining table and we had many good visits and chats. I lost my Aunt Bette last August. I always wanted to go back and visit with Betty W but could not due to Covid. My husband, Chuck, and I send much love to the Williams Family. We will miss her very much.

Gex, Steve and Sandra's mother & father were kind to me and great hosts when I was headed to college from Ft. Lauderdale and ended up at UF as a PIKE just like the men of the Williams family. I'm glad to have met her and known her family. My best to Gex, Steve and Sandra. Rick Bickford
