Charles Michael Groark

Charles Michael Groark (Charlie), age 68, of Philadelphia, PA and Alexandria, VA, passed away on May 13, 2020.  Born in Philadelphia he was the son of John and Florence (nee Cullen) Groark and brother of the late Grace Groark.  Charles was raised in Philadelphia and graduated Cardinal Dougherty High School, class of 1969.  He worked various IT jobs in Philadelphia and then moved to Alexandria, VA and worked as a programmer for a hospital in Washington, DC for 30 years.  He spent many years in the SciFi community attending many conventions.  He is survived by his brother John, 2 nieces (Christina and Deborah) , 3 grand nieces and 1 grand nephew.  He is buried in the family plot in the Philadelphia area.
