We enjoyed being Jean's neighbors on Sylvan for 19 years, and we still enjoyed visits with her and phone calls after we moved a few blocks away 15 years ago. We shared a love for animals and had fun together with our pets. Before Christmas, we took our new dog to Jean's house to meet her, and they liked each other immediately. On New Year's Eve, we had a nice visit with her. We loved and admired her as a person and an artist. - Chris & Brenda Powell
