This is why I am so proud and grateful to be a volteuenr for this organization. The calibre of people I associate with is outstanding, each and everyone with a passion for service. I too was out Monday evening assisting a family who experienced an apartment fire the day before, and when you see the impact you can make in peoples lives, it is tremendously gratifying. I have to admit, this tragedy both bearks my heart and makes me angry that madmen can wreak such havoc.(worse, the feeling of helplessness several of my Facebook friends added or changed their Profile pix to the Norwegian flag as a demonstrable sign of support, but of course we can't bring the victims back so sad).
