Everyone's Best Friend

Kathleen had the rare ability to treat everyone like they were THE most important person in the world. Everyone claimed her for their best friend. She had the ability to love all people unconditionally, yet never bragged about it.So much fun laughing until we cried at times! Working or camping or just sitting in the car at Fred Meyers. lol Precious, precious memories.

Very kind sis in law

Even though we had just started to spend some time together, it was easy to tell that Kathy was a very kind person. She never had anything negative to say about anyone. I enjoyed her sense of style, with her southwest deco. Most of all, I loved the fact that she was all about her family. Pictures of her babies and family everywhere. I could tell she also loved my brother in law Fred. Some people go through a whole life not knowing what true love is. This is not so for Fred and Kathy, they were fortunate enough to be in love, and that is a wonderful thing. Thank you for being a kind and welcoming sis in law. :-)

Camping with Kathy

There are so many wonderful memories when it comes to Kathy. Kathy was truly one of a kind. She was warm and welcoming no matter what. Through our son’s we became friends, actually more than friends. Our families just click and anyway we went. Once a year we were off to camping. Most of our vacations were in Sunriver, one year it was Winchester Bay, another Seaside. The year our son’s graduated from high school, Kathy and I rode together in order to tow the motorcycles. Kathy read to me the whole 4 hours. Imagine 4 hours of trashy magazines; we were laughing all the way there. We had our routine – the men would take off on the bikes and we would go to the pool for 3 hours – stop go get a bite to eat, fix a drink and back to the pool until the men were back. ….. Kathy loved hard and was loved by so many. Fred and Kathy were blessed – their love for each other was priceless and never ending. Kathy’s memories and smile will forever be with me. – Teri

I was always so impressed with Kath's work ethic...she set a goal of buying a home for her family, and she worked every extra hour she could to save money for that. She was so happy and proud when the goal was reality! Kathleen was a wonderful friend...so fun and full of life, with such a joyful laugh. She will always have a special place in my heart.
