Karen Lynn Garehan Prendergast, 49, of Claymont, DE, died Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at her home.
Born in Chester, PA, Karen was a 1988 graduate of Chichester High School and has been a resident of Claymont, DE for most of her life. She worked as a manager at CVS for 20 years, most recently for the CVS in West Chester. Karen enjoyed going to concerts, painting, riding motorcycles and crafting. She was a woman who dedicated her life to her home and her family.
She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Frederick T. Prendergast; her parents, Dennis and Linda Cole Garehan; her children, Patrick Tyler Estock, Derick Thomas Prendergast and Laney Nicole Prendergast; step-daughters, Erica Culley, Joanna Ingram and Evelyn Eichberger; brother, Dennis Graham Garehan; and her grandchildren, Lillith Mae Estock, Grayson Cole Estock and Aria Ruth Ingram and her daughter-in-law, Catherine Estock.
Her funeral service and interment will be private.
