You were a passenger, who became a friend and eventually a father figure to us all. I will always appreciate the knowledge and guidance that you imparted to myself and my family. You always looked out for Joseph and I know that you will continue to do so even after your transition. This hole that is left by your absence will only be partially filled with our memories of you. Rest well my friend as we continue to strive to make you proud. Our family will forever love you Mr Washington.
