My Hero/My Role Model
Ronald Putman, or Ron, was what everyone called him, but I called him Dad or Pop. He wasn't only a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, inspiration, and advice, but he was a role model to me, and someone who was always there for me whenever I needed him. My father was an amazing man, who I'll forever miss, but his legacy will always live on inside of me. Although my heart aches from his passing, I know that he's in a better place, resting, knowing that his mission was accomplished, and that he raised amazing children to carry on his memory. Rest well Pop, you deserved and earned it!
