Miss My Sister
I've been thinking a lot about our trips to CA to visit Kristyn and Rob and his family in the late 90's. We drove down the Pacific Coast Highway and took scenic photographs and stuck our toes in the Pacific Ocean. We saw orchids growing outside like you would see geraniums in PA and Kerry was amazed. We went wine tasting in horse country and saw a zebra outside Hearst Castle. I'm glad we had that time together and will cherish the memories from those trips. Rest in peace dear sister, and I hope you are reunited with all your well-loved pets. Love, Kim
I'll miss you dear friend
I met Kerry at work in the early 80's. Our love for animals, sports, travel and adventures connected us. Kerry introduced me to hockey, Go Flyers! We went to some games, Wow! Another WOW, we took a class in hot air ballooning which included WOW a flight! Several years we went to the Philadelphia Folk Festival. We attended the 25th anniversary where it rained causing mud and havoc to all. My car was stuck in the parking lot aka cow pasture. We didn't care. We fell asleep when in the wee hours was towed by a tractor. It was a blast! Our travels included Jamaica, Aruba, Ixtapa Mexico, Arizona. Each with adventures from climbing the falls in Jamaica, snorkeling in Aruba, encountering a young tied-up bull on the beach in Ixtapa, me parasailing, deep-sea fishing, a side trip to San Diego due to Grand Canyon was snowed in. We hiked a bolder roadside attraction in Arizona just before entering California. So many fond memories and good times. In '87 I moved to Charleston, SC. Ed and Kerry visited me, we walked a lot! Ate great food! In 2019 I moved to Ocala Fl horse country. I wanted Kerry and Ed to visit. Unfortunately Kerry's health didn't permit her to visit this wonderful horse country. I will always remember you when I see horses, hockey, hot air balloons. Thank you for being one of my dear friends. Thank you for the memories! I will miss you. Peace
