Being at the front desk, i got to know Jimmy well as he delivered the mail each morning. We had to make sure that our office pet was not in as Jimmy delivered the mail, otherwise, who knew what would happen to the mail if the dog got a hold of it. We used to laugh as Jimmy waited at the door until we had our dog in the next room before he came in.
Jimmy was kind, gentle and an extraordinary person who would go beyond duty to help out. He will be missed by many. It was an honor knowing him.
Our sincere condolences to the Watson Family.

I was so sorry to hear about Jim - He was an unbelievable guy. He delivered my mail for many years. Unlike Patrick Welsh's dog, when Jim arrived all I ever had to say to my dog was "there's your buddy" when she heard the mailbox clank after a delivery as she scratched her way across the floor to meet Jim who always had a treat to offer. Sure missed him when his route changed. My very best to his family - Loved Jim – Skip Rendin

Jim was the mailman for street that i walk a dog (i am a dog walker). He alwasys took the time out to chat with me and give Amigo and other dogs a treat. I was always asking him when he was going to retire. He said 1-1/2 years. He was always out in the bad weather (like myself being a dog walker) and we would talk about how bad it was outside and we both had to put it with it. He is missed.
