My other MOM

When I was a youngster Jeanne Milne lived right across the street from our house. She and my mom would have the neighborhood covered. Butch and I would go over to each other’s house and find out that our mom’s must have had eyes and ears everywhere. Jeanne and Frances would get to the bingo and clean them out. Many times when I would get home from school, Jeanne would be at the kitchen table to keep us in line. She will be greatly missed on this earth—But in heaven the tag team will clean out the bingo halls. Our condolences, love and prayers are directed your families.

To my one and only Grandma Jeanne

I have many memories of Grandma Jeanne. She was always a happy, go lucky person, filled with so much love. My Grandma Jeanne loved to play her some B-I-N-G-O, and in 2007, while I was living with my Dad and Randi, I decided to start tagging along with her on Monday nights. It was like clockwork, every Monday, I would go pick Grandma Jeanne up at her condo and take her to her most FAVORITE RESTAURANT in the world....STEAK AND SHAKE. We would have our lunch/dinner, then head over to the Church Bingo. I did this with Grandma Jeanne, every Monday from 2007-2009. I have many more memories of her, but this one stands out the most to me because I got to spend quality time with her doing something that she loved. It saddens me to see her pass away, but I know in my heart she is home now. I will always have a special place in my heart for my Grandma Jeanne. I was very proud and happy to see her get to hold and interact with her 2 Great Grandchildren. I love you Grandma!!! Enjoy your new home and please say hello to Grandpa Milne, Grand Dad, Aunt Lois, and Uncle Adam for me.
